A – Hotels in the heart or middle of the city are normally more priced as they are central to Transport (rail, bus) also close to Tours, Activities, etc. So you will pay a more premium price for this. When booking, use the Map as a guide on the site where your boking as this will show where the Hotel is and then you can look where the activities you want to do are.

A – The cheapest that would be shown on the booking agency site (trip.com, agoda flights, skyscanner) etc, it may be the cheapest that can be found based on Departure airport, Day, Time and Destination and any parameters that you have applied.

A – Yes you can choose what Airline you want to fly with. But the cost shown for example the cheapest flight may not be on offer for your requested Airline or the departure time from your airport may be later or earlier than expected.

Same with the Hotel, you may request a particular hotel somewhere and that may be $50 a night more than the cheapest on offer or it may be a certain distance away from activities you want to do.

A – Yes, we would love to. BUT…please bear in mind that these are recommendations and these are based on our experience at the time. Our experience at that time may be different to yours for a number of reasons like Weather, Time of Year, any Events in the area, number of people travelling, etc.

A – This would depend on the T&C from where you got the travel credit from. You would need to read the Terms & Conditions carefully as it may stipulate that the credit can only be redeemed online via xxxxxx Airline or xxxxxxx Hotel, or a particular booking agency.

Generally any travel credit given or offered by a Airline would need to be booked with that airline or its partners.

A – Check your confirmation as it may have a description of a car or similar as described. It may say on the booking a Hyundai hatch but there may be a Toyota Corolla offered. There may be a situation where your category of car has been changed, you need to discuss with the car hire agency.

A – The booking agency in which you paid for the flight or hotel to will email you the confirmation. If you were directed or bought from the Airline, you will get the confirmation from them.

Q –  Airalo e-sims like any e-sim are quite easy to setup and always good to do some quick research on how to setup any e-sim before going away. Airalo have a section for help & troubleshooting. They have a Live chat for assistance there as well.

A – NO. We wont charge any fee of any type to you, unless the cancellation has occurred after the commission to us has been paid and we are asked by the booking agency to pay that back. Depending on the booking agency, the amount that could be paid back are similar to below.

A – NO. If you do cancel the flight, hotel or car hire, etc you may be charged a cancellation fee from the Airline/hotel or booking agency. Stayflytravel  don’t charge cancellation fees.

As a Affiliate, we are paid per click or booking a small commission. if the cancellation takes place after the commision has been paid to us, we may be required to pay that back to the relevant agency. As such we may invoice you for this.
